HELP PAGE
Welcome to our help page, the idea of this page is to help you understand how to use our website, if you are looking for the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) then please select it from the main menu.
1. Navigation The navigation on this website has been created to be very simplistic and easy to use, from the home page there are 8 main pages to choose from including the site map. On every page there are two main menus consisting of these main pages, the site map is always at the top right of the screen, clicking on these links may then bring up a page with further links that wern't on the previous page. For example if you are navigating from the home page to the website services section you will then see five addtional links exclusive to the services section, on such pages there are mini menus for these additional links. There are on some pages quick links that will take you deeper into the site's content with one click which otherwise would take 2-3 clicks, these are here to help with ease and speed of use. If at any time you feel lost then click on the site map button (always at the top right of the screen), this will bring up a map of all the pages and all the links, also at the top of the page is a home icon and link. If you are unsure where a link will lead, hovering your mouse over the link for a second or two will bring up more information in a small box describing what page will come up if you proceed with clicking the link. 2. Accessibility Every effort has been made to make this site as accessible as possible, all images have at least alternative information telling the user what the image is, all links have titles which explain to the user the meaning of that particular link and where it will lead. The site has meta data with links that will allow users with readers to be able to go straight to particular pages, also there is a skip to page content link at the top of each page so users with readers will not have to listen to all the navigation and logo details each time a new page opens. All links are device independent, so a user with no mouse can access the pages just as easily as a user with one, to select links with just a keyboard you will need to press the shift key, repeatedly press this key until the link you desire is highlighted. 3. Flash movies From time to time we may have a flash movie on our website, you can turn these off by right clicking on them and then stop. 4. New windows On the website there are times when clicking a link will open a new window, we know this can at times be confusing for you so next to the link it will state that clicking the link will open a new window. To get back to the page you were looking at simply minimise or close the new window and the old page will still be there. The new window function is used as it can be equally confusing for the user to open a link in the same page for example to just read some additional information when the user may not want to navigate away from that particular page just for example to read terms and conditions information.
