Welcome to our frequently asked questions page, here are some of our responses to the most common questions we have been asked in the past. Reading through this page may help you find the answers to some of your questions thus saving you time asking them for yourself.

1. If I want my website designed will that mean I can include logos and banners into that quote or will I need to purchase them separately?

Yes, for website design we will need to give you a quote depending on the work that is needed, you can therefore include logos etc in that quote, we also sell them separately as well which is aimed at clients that only need a logo to be created.

2. You mention flash movies, what is needed to run these?

To run flash movies on your computer you will need a free download of adobe flash player, this is a small download and most people will already have this installed on their computer, if however you want to change the movie you will need to get a copy of adobe flash. Getting adobe flash would be useful if you plan to create your own flash movies for your website or modify the ones we have already created for you, but if you just plan to view them for yourself then adobe flash player which is a free download is all you need. People that view your website who already have flash players will automatically be able to view the movie while people who don't have it will be prompted for the quick free download.

3. What is included in the free basic SEO?

The free basic SEO will inlcude all the neccessary tasks that need to be completed during the design and development stage. Some of these include: links to other parts of the website, correct text, HTML titles, meta tags, site layout and more. We also create the website with correct accessibility such as alternative text and titles for images and links, colour blindness issues, visual impairment issues, and more.

4. I see that you offer extras, how can I purchase these?

The extras offered will require further payment, contact us at any time and we can quote a suitable price depending on the amount of work needed, you can then pay via numerous payment methods.

5. How do I pay?

With us payment couldn't be easier, on many of our services we have set prices meaning you pay the exact price you see, simply click on the buy it now button to pay via google checkout, simply enter your details and complete the payment, that's it you will have then paid for the service. We will then contact you promptly to find out what website, logo etc you are looking for.

If we give you a quote and you decide to go ahead and purchase a service at a quoted price we will send you an invoice via email which you can then pay instantly.

6. What does the whole design and development stage involve? The design stage will be where we try and get as much information from you as possible in regards to what you want on your site, colours, images, layout etc, if you have a logo, images etc that you would want us to use then this is the time to give this to us, we will send you a form to complete where you can enter all this information and more. Also if you want specific text to go on your site then please send this to us in a Microsoft Word document or alternative for us to use. When we have all your requirements we can then look to make a first draft, this will be a basic site with the colours and layout, we will send this to you to make sure you are happy with the way the site is looking, if so then we will then proceed amending any changes your requested and produce a second draft which will include more information, pages etc. If again you are happy then we will continue on and produce a finished site, you can then look at this and decide if it is how you wnat it or not, if not then we can change certain parts and then submit it to you again. When you are happy with the website or service we will then send you the final product with all the files and the design and development stage will be complete. 7. How long will I be able to get support for?

We offer support as long as you require it, if you have a problem with the website then we are always on hand to help. If you would like a banner etc updated which we have created for you in the past then we can do this for a very small fee or possibly for free depending on what the problem is.
