When you have decided upon us to design and develop your new site we will assign you your own personal designer who will communicate with you and organise a lot of the project to ensure that your ideas and desires for the website are not lost.

Customer service is a priority for us and we offer clients unlimited revisions on all services to ensure that they will always be happy with the website when it is complete. We regularly keep in touch with our clients during the project to keep them updated on the developments. At any time during the project we welcome opinions and new ideas from the client.

Competitive Rates

Our prices are competitive and among the most cost effective in the market while not losing any quality, we also ensure that we give a quote to the client which will not be changed unless of course the client wishes to add new services to the project. We feel it is unfair and sometimes impossible for the client to pay the full price upfront so we have decided on accepting 50% upfront with the rest split into two installments to be paid when the client is happy with the design and upon completion.

Always unique designs

Here at Blue Ice we will not reuse past projects and pass them off as bespoke, your design will always be fully thought through and completely unique. We keep ourselves updated on the improvements of modern design and aim to put these changes into our designs, if we feel a clients proposal could be enhanced by using an aletrnative method then we will put this forward to the client.
